Our Roots
During the height of the pandemic, I was walking my dog and noticed that homes were in bad condition. As I kept walking, I noticed that these were homes owned by people of color. I had the idea to beautify neighborhoods of color and that is why we ultimately decided to launch M-2-SF. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

Our plan is to work with home owners of color to help beautify neighborhoods of color. We will repaint homes, assist with minor upgrades and this will help build home equity in these neighborhoods. This can help to build generational wealth by adding value to their homes.

Local Empowerment
Change for the Better
The Local Empowerment program is a free program that will assist homeowners in learning how to upkeep their homes. There are monthly workshops with electricians, plumbers, landscapers and interior designers that help homeowners create a vision for their home. This initiative is based on the premise that making a real difference is not only possible but vital. At M-2-SF, Local Empowerment is a source of great pride for our Non-Profit Organization.
Economic Development
Making Change Possible
We see every challenge as an opportunity, and our Economic Development initiative helps M-2-SF ensure that homeowners get courses that will help them become more educated in financial literacy. Those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in. This plan will help homeowners create a better economic plan to build generational wealth.
Capacity Building
Empowering Others
Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at M-2-SF, and a wealth of resources to aid people of color to position themselves to purchase homes. These monthly workshops provide strategies to help plan for the purchase of your home. We would love to celebrate your success of purchasing a home.
